Are your caregivers insured or bonded?
Yes, all are caregivers are bonded and insured.
What exactly is Skyharbor's Individualized Care Plan (ICP)?
At Skyharbor, we believe that everyone is different and has their own unique situations which is why at Skyharbor we utilize an Individualized Care Plan (ICP)
The ICP allows Skyharbor to specifically meet the needs of our clients and simply respond to any immediate changes that may be necessary.
Can I add additional hours or services to my loved ones existing Individualized Care Plan (ICP)?
Yes, any changes that need to be made during the implementation of an Individualized Care Plan must be made through the Skyharbor home care corporate office directly. 727.900.5178 The only changes allowed to be made to an existing or “open” invoice are to be made only between the Client who initiated services and Skyharbor Homecare Corporate and will be handled as “adjustments” to the clients existing Individualized Care Plan (ICP) Then, at that time, we can update clients ICP and a new updated weekly invoice will then be generated to reflect the "adjustments" made for that given week.
Does Skyharbor provide both short and long-term care assignments?
Yes, Skyharbor Home Care is available for both long and short term assignments.
Are Skyharbor services provided on Holidays and Weekends?
Yes, Skyharbor Home Care is available on weekends and during the holiday seasons.
What locations does Skyharbor offer services?
Currently Skyharbor Home Care is serving Pasco & Pinellas County Florida. We will soon be adding additional coverage area. Contact us for further details.
How much does it cost to use Skyharbor homecare services?
Rates are based on the following:
- Total number of service hours provided to the client by Skyharbor
- The type of services provided to the client by Skyharbor
Initially invoices are forwarded to client after the Individualized Care Plan is in place and are due upon receipt. Invoices are then billed on a weekly basis.
Can I make my payment to the caregiver directly?
No, you do not pay the caregiver directly. You will receive a weekly invoice directly from Skyharbor homecare Corporate Office that is associated to your current ICP. Rates remain the same unless Skyharbor Corporate and Client make "adjustments" to an existing ICP. You should never be asked for additional fees outside the scope of your ICP unless agreed upon prior to any services being rendered.
Will Skyharbor Home Care be adding new services in the near future?

Is it okay if I refer any of the Skyharbor Home Care services to someone else?
Certainly. Referrals are treated right, here at Skyharbor. We provide various discounts and bonuses to clients who refer our services to someone else. We believe in creating win-win situations so we do this by offering our existing and past clientele with bonuses / discounts for referring new clients to any of the Skyharbor Home Care services offered. This is our way of thanking you for referring Skyharbor Home Care to others.
